SOL OVER GUDHJEM COOKING COMPETITION 2015

The new Nordic kitchen is up for grabs and Sol over Gudhjem is there to put Bornholm and its quality products on the map.

Since 2009, the Port of Gudhjem has been the setting for the competition – the competition tent is being unfolded – and the world’s best chefs are allowed to try their hand at Bornholm ingredients; locally, live and educational.

The competition will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2015.
